The most impressive piece of art I’ve ever seen. In case you are thinking that I would have a mandarin orange with bread, think again. The fillings in the mandarin orange is actually chicken liver pate and the orange skin is some gelatin. No orange citric taste at all. it’s a really wonderful piece of creation and the pate was heavenly with the toast.
Tender pigeon meat that isn’t overcooked.
Finished the meal nicely with pineapple loaf and orange butter loaf. The orange was caramelised. This meal was really an eye opener indeed as to how a meal could really become a piece of art. The mandarin chicken liver pate has been deeply imprinted in my mind. Will never forget this lovely appetiser.
