The tonkotsu broth is just heavenly thick. Really fragrant char siew infused broth and noodles are of the right texture, springy yet not too hard. Feels really good when you slurp the noodles up loudly!
Ramen restaurants have been sprouting in every part of Singapore and this is one of the better ones that I have been to. Very tasty and just makes you crave for more. This place works like a food court whereby it has a number of famous ramen stalls. Ikkousha was the one that won the trophy in the hotly contested Ultimate Ramen Champion 2011. Thanks for bringing such good ramen to Sg!
