The french toast with cameralised pear and vanilla ice cream was sinfully yet satisfyingly thick, rich and fragrant. Together with the addictive caramel and creamy vanilla ice cream, this french toast is one of the must order from the brunch section. $17.

DSC_1123Bananas and Berries served on thick fluffy hotcakes together with the chewy honeycomb and delicious maple syrup. Simple this dish may seem, but you really don’t need anything fanciful to make it perfect! $17.

Longing for something with an Italian and Spanish mix? Then the Chorizo Frittata with roasted red peppers and baby potatoes might be the choice for you. Slightly lighter in tasting, this frittata would really be a hit if the omelette is infused with a heavier churizo taste. $18.

Definitely, the menu doesn’t end here even at 9am, and some of the signature ala carte dishes are indeed very memorable.

DSC_1118The Truffled Field Mushroom Risotto is a winner as its unrelenting fragrance just wouldn’t allow you to stop. The creamy truffled-fragrant rice has the right consistency that goes impeccably well with the thinly sliced aromatic mushrooms. Super delicious for $24.

DSC_1117The Marmalade Mac and Cheese is made intensely fragrant and addictive by packing it solidly with mozzarella, parmesan, emmental and gruyere cheeses. By adding a range of cheeses with different textures and pungency, this skillet of macaroni turned out to be a really flavourful product! $24.

DSC_1130And if you prefer to have a light, oriental brunch, then this bowl of oriental grilled salmon paired nicely with the refreshing soba would be a straightforward choice. $28.

DSC_1134And if you need some greens to go with your food, you could also get pretty elaborate salads such as the Marmalade Caprese from the Salad Section. $24.

So, if you yearn for a satisfying brunch, then you would definitely not go wrong with Marmalade Pantry as sincere, hearty dishes are served over here. Go for their signature dishes such as the french toast, bananas and berries hotcakes, truffled field mushroom risotto and Marmalade Mac and Cheese and you would definitely get a right start to the weekend!
