TIN LUNG HEEN 天龍軒
Ritz Carlton Hong Kong @ International Commerce Centre above Kowloon MTR
My second time to the lavish Tin Lung Heen 天龍軒 (that is literally a dragon soaring above the clouds on the 102nd storey) and dim sum was so memorable that we repeated all the dishes from the first visit! So, click here if you would like to have a more detailed review. In the meantime, just enjoy the salivating photos taken by the better camera!
The new dim sum ordered was the tasty mushroom bacon pastry that has white creamy paste with porky fragrance encapsulated in the flaky pastry!
Just a reiteration, these are the two super decadent dim sum of the lot! Abalone Roast goose puff full of umami goodness completed with a dash of specially concocted viscous abalone sauce drizzled over it. And the Signature siu mai basket is literally filled with two fist-size Scallop and King Prawn siu mai that look like they are about to explode! 3 baskets ordered as we didn’t want to share! It is that good!
Complementary crispy aromatic almond cookies and zesty Lemon Guilin Gao to end the satisfying meal!
While I have gotten used to the extravagant decor and setting of this restaurant (as this is my second visit to the opulent Tin Lung Heen 天龍軒), I am still as delighted by the exceptional dim sum as before and definitely is one of the favourite Michelin restaurants in HK!
Verdict: An excellent restaurant
