Really Yummy bread grilled with olive oil, tomato, garlic and some salt. Felt that the tomato, garlic and salt gave it a very distinct taste which is actually quite addictive. One of the favourite tapas I had.
Croquette with jamón. Smooth potato mash in it and well fried on the outside.
Chewy and springy octopus. Octopus on its own tasted fresh and succulent but wasn’t fragrant and dressing was a little oily.
Chorizo toast was pretty good to my surprise. I thought chorizo would be too salty too my liking but didn’t taste that salty actually and it wasn’t tough or too dry, just of the right texture. Continue reading
